The Challenge

Adobe wanted to make a statement with its Ultimate Support program, a service tier reserved for enterprise customers spending over one million dollars annually. These clients were used to high standards and white glove service, so every touchpoint needed to reflect that level of care.

Adobe came to Avail with a clear goal. Create a custom gifting experience that felt premium, personal, and intentionally designed. They requested packaging that captured the look and feel of an Apple product, with a gifting suite that delivered both function and meaning. The experience had to leave a lasting impression, without adding extra work for their internal team.

The Solution

Avail worked closely with Adobe to turn the theme “We Hear You” into a thoughtful and memorable gifting experience.

Premium product selection
We curated a refined set of items that aligned with the program’s message. AirPods Pro brought the theme to life directly. A sleek modern pen added a professional finish. And a custom metal business card, engraved with the name of each customer’s dedicated support contact, added a personal and lasting connection.

Luxury packaging design
To match the Apple inspired vision, we designed a magnetic closure box with a minimalist exterior and soft touch finish. Inside, the layout was clean and precise. Every detail was meant to feel intentional, quiet, and elevated.

End to end fulfillment and delivery
Avail handled everything from product sourcing and assembly to storage and shipping. Kits were staged for fulfillment and sent out automatically as new Ultimate Support customers joined the program. Each one was packed to arrive in perfect condition, every time.
