A trade show program that runs on one system.

Steadily runs about 80 events a year, with 15 state trade shows landing in September alone. Swag ordering sits across four vendors, materials live in a storage closet, and show dates live on a spreadsheet.

Avail takes the whole operation: warehousing, kitting, shipping, returns, live inventory, and a store your reps order from directly. One platform, one bill, one team accountable for it.

Anything we hold ships the next business day. No waiting on a rep to reply.

The smart choice for teams running events at scale

Swag shows up when it's supposed to, looks the way you approved it, and nobody on your team touched a box.

Solutions

How this works

Every piece your team raised gets a solution on our side. From the platform, to the team, here's what that looks like.

Your event season, managed for you

Load the calendar once and we take it from there. We're integrated with Freeman and the major show handlers, so entering an event pulls the receiving window and booth details, and we calculate ship dates backward from there.

Kits go out packed, on time, and addressed correctly, whether that's one show or the 15 you have in September.

Returns that handle themselves

Every shipment goes out with a return label in the box and a digital copy emailed to the rep working the show, along with setup and takedown instructions. Your rep packs up and drops off, and we confirm when it lands back in the warehouse.

When a venue has an unusual receiving or return setup, your account team works it ahead of time instead of the rep sorting it out on site.

Team messages showing collaboration between teammates in Avail

One store, one bill, one partner

We source, decorate, store, and ship from our own warehouse, so apparel, banners, gift cards, and everyday swag all run through one platform and arrive on one invoice.

Your store is built to Steadily's catalog rather than a template, with on-demand production for the long tail and stocked inventory for what your team burns through. Reps order for agency visits and gifting themselves, with credits applied at checkout.

Agent incentives, automated

Send us the report and we handle the rest. Balances load automatically and redemption emails go out with a link to a store where your partner agencies choose apparel made on demand or from a few hundred gift card options. Nothing to build, no separate gift card tool, no manual math.

What we heard

Your team walked us through how the tradeshow program runs today.

80+ events

managed per year

83 already run or booked in 2026. Dates tracked on a spreadsheet, kits packed by hand, and returns routed through whichever FedEx a rep can find.

4 vendors

for one swag program

Store, apparel, gift cards, and banners each ordered separately, with little connecting them and no consolidated view of what's been spent or what's left.

"It's taking the labor off my plate so I can focus on being more strategic and ultimately growing our awareness quicker."

Steadily runs about 80 events a year with one person behind the program. Moving the operation to Avail puts that time into sponsorship strategy, event activation, and the agency channel instead of packing and shipping. Scott decides what Steadily sends, to which shows, and to which agents; we handle everything after that.
