Client Services Specialist

We’re hiring a Client Services Specialist to help keep client work on track by managing important details and ensuring everything is set up accurately within our internal tools and systems. This role focuses on day-to-day execution and project management, making sure the moving pieces come together smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You should enjoy working with a team, following through on tasks, and spotting and resolving issues before they become problems. This is a great fit for someone who values consistency and wants to play a key role in helping projects, teams, and clients succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage project set up and task execution using internal tools and systems 
  • Review order information for accuracy across multiple projects
  • Configure and update key program functionalities 
  • Track timelines and coordinate deliverables to support project execution
  • Maintain accurate documentation and task visibility across internal teams 
  • Communicate status updates, task completion, and potential issues clearly and proactively
  • Identify inconsistencies or blockers in workflows and assist in resolving them efficiently
  • Provide customer support through ticketing systems like HelpScout or Hubspot

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience in a support, administrative, or systems-based role
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent, thorough approach to task management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
  • Clear and professional written communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and contribute solutions 
  • Comfort working in internal tools and process-driven environments
  • A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
